What camera do you use for streaming?
I use the Elgato Facecam Pro 4k however, it has been discontinued. Any Elgato camera will do the trick! they're extremely user friendly and come with a software to really fine tune your image quality!
Which microphone delivers the best sound?
You can really make any XLR microphone sound incredible. I would recommend any Shure product as well as Logitech microphones! HyperX also has some great XLR and USB options available. Keep in mind that an XLR mic will require some kind of audio interface like a GoXLR or Rodecaster.
What streaming software do you recommend?
OBS Studio would be my preferred to reduce load on my PC however, SLOBS has a ton of really cool widgets and is far more user friendly! It also allows for much easier multistreaming to all your platforms.
How do you manage your streaming setup for multiple platforms?
I use the pro membership with Streamlabs OBS. The integration is probably the most user-friendly. Using SLOB for multi-streaming also saves your PC resources due to its hybrid model. It combines PC processing with cloud server to deliver the multi-streaming. This offloads the heavy lifting from your local internet and PC hardware and sends a single feed to the SLOBS servers which hen duplicates and distributes your stream to all your selected platforms!
